This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

Correction Made 2006-Aug-12 (after the official paperwork became available for checking): Aris Polyzos corrected to 23:28 from 22:28

The weather may have been good tonight, but other circumstances proved problematical for at least 4 riders. Three had flat tires, and one, Peter James, ended his ride painfully at the 4km mark, when a crash, after hitting two large potholes in quick succession, left him with a broken collarbone! The NCC has now been informed (Luc Turpin 239-5588) about a number of the dangerous potholes on the course, and they hope to have the holes plugged by Wednesday evening. We wish Peter a speedy recovery.

For those fortunate enough to finish, this was the best night so far, that is, having the best EvtFactor of any of the 2006 OTT events thus far. Of the 72 finishers, 55 of those had ridden previously in the 2006 OTT series and 47 of those improved (24 by more than 10%), 1 tied and only 7 rode slower than their previous 2006 OTT best. You may look at the performance ratios by clicking here. Other performance measures may be shown by selecting different comparators from the menu in the list below the "Perf.Ratio to" button.

As well, Michael Nash lowered the 2006 OTT best to 19:34, and there were a number of category bests set tonight for the 2006 OTT series - Derrick St. John tied his Senior mark of 19:43, Paul Datars and Rick Sudac, out for the first time this year set VBM and VCM standards, and Chloe Saint-Arnaud-Watt lowered the 2006 OTT Junior Women's mark to 25:17.
